These steps are how to schedule an appointment with any provider. If you would like to schedule an appointment with a St. Louis Children's Hospital provider, please call 314.454.KIDS (5437) or 800.678.KIDS (5437).
Step 1:
Have ready the child's name, address, phone number and date of birth.
Step 2:
Identify the child's insurance carrier (i.e. Healthcare USA, Molina Healthcare of MO, Harmony Health Plan of Missouri, Missouri Care Health Plan, Straight MO Healthnet, or private insurance).
Step 3:
Review your insurance carrier's list of provider locations or click here for more providers.
Step 4:
Call the provider and schedule an appointment. If you need help scheduling an appointment, Healthy Kids Express™ can assist you, call 314.286.0927.
Step 5:
Remember, if the child cannot make it to the original appointment, call the provider to reschedule.
