Application Instructions

The 2025-2027 St. Louis Children’s Hospital Administrative Fellowship Application should be submitted to [email protected] via PDF by September 13th, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. CST. 

To be considered for selection, the application materials (listed below) must be submitted in the correct order, and must be emailed as one single pdf file before/on the deadline. Applications that do not adhere to these guidelines may not be considered.

Application Materials (in order)

  1. Completed application form
  2. Cover letter (addressed to Mrs. Michele McKee)
  3. Resume/curriculum vitae (CV)
  4. Personal statement (500 words maximum) that addresses the following:
    1. Why are you interested in working in pediatric health care?
    2. Why are you interested in the Administrative Fellowship at St. Louis Children’s Hospital?
  5. Three (3) Letters of References
    1. One from your graduate school program director
    2. Two from current/former employer or your graduate school program 
  6. Graduate School Transcript(s)
  7. Undergraduate Transcript(s)

  • Applications Open – Monday, July 8, 2024
  • Application Submission Deadline – Friday, September 13, 2024 11:59 p.m. CST
  • 1st and 2nd Round Interviews – September 16 – 27, 2024 
  • On-Site Final Round Interviews: October 3 – October 4, 2024
  • Applicant Offer Date – Mid-October 2024
  • New Fellow Start Date – June/July 2025
