How do I request a program for my group or organization?

How far in advance do I need to make a request for St. Louis Children’s Hospital to attend my event?
Please schedule programs four to six weeks in advance. If you contact us less than six weeks before your event, we will do our best to meet your request.
Is there a fee for St. Louis Children’s Hospital to provide one of these programs for my group?
Most of our programs are free; however, there are some classes that require a small registration fee.
What if I want to make a donation?
If you would like to make a donation to support our programs, they are gratefully accepted. Simply give your St. Louis Children’s Hospital donation to the educator who attends your event.
How can I promote the hospital’s participation at my event?
We are happy to provide informational flyers to promote any events or activities sponsored by St. Louis Children’s Hospital. If your organization has a newsletter or other ways to promote the event, we are happy to provide our logo and any other information you need.
How many times will St. Louis Children’s Hospital visit my group?
For qualifying groups and organizations, we will commit to offering a program one to two times each year.
