Playdates are a ton of fun, plus they’re an important way for your child to make friends and build social skills. But as a parent, there are some important questions you should always ask other parents before a playdate. For example, do they have a pool? Are there guns in the home? Dr. Jamie Kondis discusses these and other questions to help you feel prepared and safe before sending your child off on a playdate.
Dr. Kondis, MD, specializes in pediatric emergency medicine and child abuse pediatrics.
