We're Ready for Your Call, Day or Night
Our Transport Team is ready when you need us. We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with multiple teams in house to answer the call. We have 3 transport teams with 3 locations: one at St. Louis Children’s Hospital, one at St. Louis Downtown Airport Cahokia with our fixed wing and a helicopter and one at Parkland Health Center in Farmington with a helicopter. The safety and well-being of our patients, families and staff is our number one concern.
Upon calling Children’s Direct you will be asked if you are in need of patient transport. The team will be immediately activated. You will then be connected to receiving physician to gather information about your patient and provide support as needed to your team as you await our arrival.
