The Sibling Playroom is a unique playroom just for the siblings of patients who visit and receive care at St Louis Children’s Hospital. The Sibling Playroom is a fun space with toys and activities available to meet a wide variety of interest and needs and is made possible through generous donations to the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Foundation by employees and other donors. The Sibling Playroom is a supervised area where children can play and have fun.
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday: 9:00am-12:00pm; 1:00pm-4:00pm; 5:00pm-7:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-5:00pm
Sunday: Closed

Who Can Visit the Sibling Playroom?
- · Siblings ages 2-11 of current inpatients
- Outpatient visitors ages 2-11
- Caregivers are welcome to remain with their child or return to the patient’s room or clinic visit
Visiting the Sibling Playroom
Parents, grandparents or legal guardians (18 years or older) must bring the sibling and present a photo ID in order to check the child into the Sibling Playroom.
You must remain at the hospital while your child is in the playroom.
Getting to the Sibling Playroom
The Sibling Playroom is located on the lower level (LL) behind the dining area of the cafeteria.
From the Terrace (South) Elevators or stairs:
Walk across the dining area. Just after exiting the dining area and before reaching the restrooms, follow the hallway on your right.
There are purple columns in the hallway leading back to the Sibling Playroom.
The playroom is at the end of the hall on your right.

From the Tower/Patient (North) elevators:
Exit off the elevators towards the dining area. Just before entering the dining area follow the hallway on your left.
