-
Special pajamas from home
-
A list or photos of your child’s medications with the dosage amounts and how often your child takes them

Your and your child’s questions; as part of patient and family-centered care, we encourage you and your child to become active members of the health care team.
Patients are furnished with a toothbrush, toothpaste and soap, as well as diapers and formula if needed.
Please Don’t Bring to Your Child’s Stay
-
Valuables. Please leave all non-essential valuables at home. Please note the hospital is not responsible for any lost items.
