This baby boy was born with a wide left-sided cleft lip and palate. He underwent one surgery for repair of his cleft lip at 3 months of age as well as a cleft palate repair around age 1. His followup photo shows his appearance three years later.

This child was born with severe, asymmetric bilateral cleft lip and palate. Her cleft lip was repaired at 4 months of age. Postoperative photos show her at 1 year just before her cleft palate repair.
