Each month, St. Louis Children’s Hospital’s Chief Residents honor a resident who shows exceptional dedication to his or her patients, colleagues or profession. In recent months, the SLCH Chief Resident Award was presented to:
- June 2015—Amanda Rogers, MD, first-year pediatric resident, for her great communication skills, teamwork and outstanding patient care on her hematology/oncology rotation.
- May 2015—Taylor Hendrixson, MD, second-year pediatric resident, for his excellent teamwork, calm demeanor and dedication to patient care during his 7E month.
