The Guest Services Information Deck, on the hospital's first and second floors, helps parents and guests by providing information and access to a variety of hospital services inluding:
- Lodging and restaurant information: We can direct you to motels/hotels or other lodging that often offer discounted rates for St. Louis Children's Hospital patient families. We can also recommend and provide directions to area restaurants.
- Nearby Amenities: Our knowledgeable Guest Services staff can provide information and directions to nearby areas of interest such as Forest Park. The Park is located just across the street from St. Louis Children's Hospital, and features walking paths, lakes, golf courses, the St. Louis Zoo, the Science Center and the St. Louis Art Museum. The hospital is also within walking distance of the Central West End, known for its eclectic shops, restaurants, galleries and historic homes.
